Helping You Participate in What Matters Most

Occupational therapy (OT) supports people of all ages to participate in the activities that are meaningful and important in their everyday lives.

For children, this may include play, learning, self-care and development.

For adults, it may involve rehabilitation following injury, illness or surgery, improving independence in daily activities, returning to work, or adapting to changes in physical or neurological function.

Occupational therapy focuses on understanding each person’s unique needs and providing individualised assessment, intervention and practical strategies to support participation, function and independence across home, school, work and community environments.
